4Leaf Education was formed by four professionals and parents who have successfully helped many students to gain admission to top colleges in the US.
Yao (Co-Founder)
Yao earned her MBA at the Washington University in St. Louis and a B.S. from Beijing University of International Business and Economics. Yao has over 25 years of executive experiences in several big investment banks in Wall Street. She is the mother of three children, and she loves helping students succeed in both school and life.
Susan (Co-Founder)
Susan obtained her medical education in China, Master's degree in information management and Doctorate Degree in Neuroscience in North America. She brings decades of experience across multiple disciplines including biomedical research, entrepreneurship, and information management in both academia and industry.
Sue (Co-Founder)
Sue has over 20 years experiences in large scale information management and security governance. She has a Computer Science degree from Cornell University and has served as College Admission interviewer for the University.
Jerry (Co-Founder)
Jerry has a degree of BA in Accounting, and a MBA. He has 20 years working experience as bookkeeper to Controller, and is a long term stock market investor.

Tutors on Call
We have an extensive tutor pool consisting of current students or recent graduates from the nation's most prestigious colleges. The tutors have all recently taken SAT/ACT and achieved TOP scores. In addition to offering regular SAT and ACT tutoring help, they can also teach testing techniques and tips to improve test results. The tutors can also serve as student mentors for elementary, middle and high schoolers as they advance through their secondary education. They can potentially become life-long special friends for your students.
Group Classes
We offer many classes for students K to 12 on subjects such as Public Speaking, Powerful Presentation, Reading, Essay Writing, SAT / ACT preparation, Math, Coding, and many more. We also offer customized small group classes based on parents’ and students’ needs.
Comprehensive Planning and Expert Guidance:
Consult with our college experts in private phone sessions tailored to your needs. In a personalized session, you can discuss your family and student’s questions surrounding the ins and outs of applications, create a 4-yr master plan for high school based on your student’s unique profile, interests, and more. Such planning includes, but not limited to, academic planning, extracurricular activity recommendation, summer program suggestion, special talent or passion consideration such as top athletes or talented musicians, and so on. The result is a multi-year roadmap tailored based on the student's profile.
